Relax in your own home while our specialists discuss and guide your Will requirements with you. St James Associates want your Will to reflect what you want to happen.
Our writers will create draft copies tailored to your wishes and send them to you for approval. Once you are happy with the drafts we re-visit you and get all necessary signatures and co-signatures to ensure all the documents are formally and legally binding. Rates for our Will Writing service are as follows:
• £75.00 for a single person • £97.50 for a couple
Power of Attorney
Call on St James Associates when you need someone to deal with Power of Attorney.
• £80 single person • £120 for a couple + £87.50 O.P.G. Registration Fee each
Will Care Service
Let St James Associates look after your essential documents for a small annual fee. We take care to look after your Wills and keep then in a safe place.
You will be contacted once a year to see if you want to make amendments, as a free benefit of our service. In the unfortunate event of a death, we advise the family and notify the executors on how to contact us and get access to the documents. Charges for our services are as follows:
• £20.00 for an individual's Will Care • £30.00 for a couple's Will Care
